“Our collections use subtle but provocative designs that challenge wearers and those who see them to think and consider the impacts climate change is having on this planet.”

We had a quick chat with Olly Martin, one of the founders of Re:Clo…
Who are you and can you give us a little bit of your background?
We are a brand run by three friends from across the U.K (Cheshire, Manchester and London) whom fate brought together in a random house-share! We moved in with each other last year as strangers, hit it off as mates and realised we all had a passion for sustainability and fashion.
During lockdown we found ourselves wanting to exert our creative energy outside of work and with nothing to do we went for a passion and idea that one of us had been considering for years but ‘never had time’ to go for. Fast-forward 6 months and here we are with a feature in this unreal magazine.
What is your business and what do you sell?
We are a sustainable streetwear brand based in South West London, established in 2020, and founded on the basis that streetwear should be sustainable and ‘kept in fashion and out of landfill’.
Our mission is to become one of the world’s pioneering no waste and net-zero carbon sustainable streetwear brands that can compete with the likes of Palace and Carhartt without challenging ecosystems. Our vision is to empower and allow others to think about how they can directly and positively impact the environment whilst still looking good.
We sell completely organic garments with environmentally conscious, water-based and chemical-free ink prints. Our collections use subtle but provocative designs that challenge wearers and those who see them to think and consider the impacts climate change is having on this planet.
