Sophisicat
Summer in the city streets and the living is easy. It’s a selection of looks where even the belted silhouettes are unconstricted and where the smock, the shirt and the trench merge into pieces with softly ballooning sleeves, swirls of mousseline, or the liquid shimmer of sequins. It’s about confident allure where the details matter; the flare of a sleeve, the ruche of a neckline, and most importantly the curve of the shoulder. These silhouettes offer a modernity, a linear flow that contrasts with the broad shoulder, the power dressing and the Montana references seen elsewhere. This is a different woman, and her confident dressing offers a fresh slant on fashion for the season, taking her into cafes, boutiques and bars as she confidently steps out. Rome or Sydney, when she packs, she uses colour, pattern, fabric and her own personal take on a summer wardrobe, and it’s perfect wherever and whenever she appears.
